2 weeks, 1 day: first real, responsive smiles :-)

6 weeks, 2 days: slept through the night! 10 p.m. -- 7:15 a.m.!

2 months, 1 week, 3 days: first baby giggles

2 months, 2 weeks, 1 day: started sleeping in crib

2 months, 3 weeks, 3 days: rolls tummy to back

2 months, 4 weeks: starts batting at objects

3 months, 2 weeks, 4 days: starts grabbing feet

3 months, 4 weeks: rolls back to tummy

4 months: tripod sitting independently

4 months, 4 days: first open-mouthed kisses for mom

5 months, 3 weeks, 1 day: first taste of "real" food--apple

5 months, 3 weeks, 4 days: officially start solids--avocado

6 months, 3 weeks: pulls to standing holding onto our fingers

7 months (exactly): goes from laying to sitting up on own

7 months, 4 days: crawling!

7 months, 6 days: first tooth (bottom front left)

7 months, 2 weeks: pulls to standing on his own (in crib)

8 months (somewhere): first word! "ball"
